How much can I advance?

Your unique advance amount is based on the earned wages reported by your employer’s partnered HR Tech service. Earned wages can be accrued from regular hourly wages or daily salary wages. At this time we are unable to support commissions, bonus pay, overtime, holiday pay, or additional unscheduled shifts.

Based on your accrued wages, you can advance between $50 and $200 per advance. Your overall maximum accrual limit starts at $200 and can increase based on your repayment history and consistency. To see what is currently available to you, log into your Clair Portal through your partnered HR Tech app.
