How much can I advance?
Your unique advance amount is based on the earned wages reported by your employer’s partnered HR Tech service. Earned wages can be accrued from regular hourly wages or daily salary wages. At this time, our current model does not support commissions, bonus pay, overtime, holiday pay, or additional unscheduled shifts. Based on your accrued wages, you can borrow between $50 and $200* per advance. Your overall maximum accrual limit starts at $200 and may increase based on your repayment history and consistency. To see what is currently available to you, log into your Clair Portal through your partnered HR Tech app. *Some integration partnerships have a $100 per-advance limit. This limit only impacts how much you can take within a single wage advance at a time. All Advances are originated by Pathward®, N.A.

When will my advance be deposited into my Gusto Spending account?
If after taking your advance you choose to pay for an instant transfer1, your advance should be immediately2 available in your Gusto Spending account3. If you do not pay for an instant transfer, your advance will be deposited in your Gusto Spending account within 2 to 4 business days.

How much of my earned wages can I advance?
With On-Demand Pay, you can request between $50 and $200 of your earned wages per advance. The amount eligible to advance depends on the amount of wages accrued and other eligibility criteria. You can only have one outstanding advance at a time. If you repay your advance early, you can request another during the same pay cycle.

How can I upgrade to an instant transfer if I accidentally selected the Standard 2-4 business day transfer?
In order to upgrade to instant transfer*, you will need to contact Clair’s support team that services Gusto-partnered accounts to check if this option is available for your current advance. Simply email this team at ondemandpay@getclair.com for support. You can also contact us by clicking the “Contact Clair Care” button within your Gusto Wallet app.
