Where can I find my direct deposit?
Information about your direct deposit can be found through your payroll provider. According to the IRS, a payroll provider (PSP) is a third-party that can help an employer administer payroll and employment tax obligations. If you're unsure who your payroll provider is, below are some helpful tips. Your payroll provider is the system: that your employer uses to send you paychecks that you log into to see your detailed pay stubs with all your tax deductions and other benefits deductions that you log into once per year to download your W2 form for taxes If you still do not know who your payroll provider is, please ask your employer. Bank Services provided by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC.

How do I close my Clair Spending and Savings Account?
To close your Clair Spending and Savings Accounts, please reach out to Clair Care via the Clair App or by sending an email to support@getclair.com with the subject line "Request to Close Account." We will notify you when your account is closed. Before closing your accounts, here are a couple of things to consider: There is no cost to keep your Clair Spending and Savings Accounts open. You can keep these accounts open for free*, should you ever want to start using Clair again. If you no longer work at the employer who partnered with Clair, you can continue using your Clair Spending and Savings Accounts, and you can continue using your Clair Debit Mastercard®. If you are no longer sending paychecks to you Clair Spending Account, you can add money to your Clair Spending Account and continue using it other ways by: Sending money from Cash App or Venmo ACH transfer from another bank account using the Clair App Adding cash through a Greendot® load center Updating your direct deposit from another job to your Clair Spending Account Closing your Clair Spending and Savings Accounts means closing the Spending Account and Savings Account issued by Pathward®, N.A. and canceling your Clair Debit Mastercard®. Any recurring transactions or deposits you have linked to these accounts or the Clair Debit Mastercard® will fail. Please be sure to change your deposits prior to closing your accounts to avoid delays. If you still want to close your Clair Spending and Savings Accounts, you must ensure you do the following: Pay back any remaining On-Demand Pay balance. Update your direct deposit of payroll to an account other than your Clair Spending Account. Transfer or withdraw any remaining money from your Clair Spending and Savings Account to another account if you would like access to those funds immediately. Any balance remaining in your accounts once they are closed will be issued via check after the 14th calendar day. Typically this check will take an additional 1-2 weeks to be received via mail. In order to adequately protect and maintain records as required by applicable law, regulation, and/or guidance, and to ensure that records that are no longer needed by the Company or are of no value are discarded at the proper time, Clair typically retains certain information for a period of time in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Where is my paycheck?
You should receive a push notification as soon as your direct deposit arrives in your Clair Spending Account! If you don’t see your paycheck deposit yet, it means that we haven't received your paycheck yet. Your paycheck will be posted to your account when it is received from your employer's bank. We often receive paychecks up to 2 days early* with deposits arriving in batches, up until 11:59 pm on payday. When your paycheck will arrive depends on when your employer initiates the payroll payment to your Clair Spending Account. Pathward, N.A. observes all federal banking holidays and is unable to process deposits on these days, which may delay the arrival of a direct deposit until the next business day. Banking Services provided by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. *Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. We generally make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to two days earlier than the scheduled payment date.
